GIFTS BYTE’s shipping charges per order are inclusive “of all GST”, for DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, ECOM and SHADOFAX deliveries within India. For shipping more than 5 products, per style we request you, to drop us an email at care@giftsbyte.com.

Estimate Delivery Time

For product(s) bought online at (“www.giftsbyte.com”) we deliver to 323 cities across India, through DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, ECOM and SHADOFAX. Depending upon the destination a parcel, to be delivered by DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, ECOM and SHADOFAX may take between 24 to 72 hours to reach, from the date of being shipped out from the Warehouse at New Delhi.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days, excluding Sunday & national holidays, on confirmation of payment. Delays could occur due to Force Majeure. Customers are requested to periodically check the status of the delivery details through the DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, ECOM and SHADOFAX tracking code at through their website.

Orders are shipped within 3-4 working days, excluding Sunday & national holidays, on confirmation of payment. A “tracking code” will be emailed, on the day the order is shipped out. Product(s) damaged or lost in transit are replaced completely free of cost as per our Refund Policy.

Exceptions

If you believe that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package. Please take a photograph of the tampered or damaged packaging and drop us an email at (care@giftsbyte.com), mentioning the order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Refernce to refund policy

Please refer to the “(refund policy)”, for parcels refused by recipient at the time of delivery and for incorrect / incomplete postal addresses. In case there has a typing error in the postal delivery address at the time of making the payment, please drop us an email before the product(s) ordered online at (“www.giftsbyte.com”) are shipped out.

Delivery Attempts

DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, ECOM and SHADOFAX will make 3 delivery attempts and thereafter hold the parcel, at a holding station at an additional cost, which will be paid by the customer directly. Please email or call us for details for the DELHIVERY, XPRESSBEES, ECOM and SHADOFAX holding station in your city.

An incorrect postal address, submitted at the time of registration will incur extra shipping costs.
